At the 2nd annual DragCon, a wide range of low and high-profile Drag Queens sat down for Reddit to share with RuPaul’s Drag Race online audiences why they find a home in the Drag community.

Personal Role: Marketing Lead and Event Production 


  • Owned end-to-end management from initial vetting of contractual terms/agreements through execution of deliverables

  • Led creative, design, product and community teams around custom video and event programming, collateral, and production

  • Deploy a creative brief framework and process for internal stakeholders and informative for designers, copywriters and videographers

  • Built & managed plan for program logistics, defined milestones, set expectations and ensured deadlines were met

  • Manage outside vendor relationships, contracts and deliverables

  • Tested and established cross-functional project workflows via online collaboration tools, RACI models, regular Sprint meetings

  • Shared meeting notes, facilitated process feedback, documented progress, and reported (all-hands) high-level data-driven analysis of impact (ROI)
