EverwiseWomen is a comprehensive 12-month leadership program created to help women wanting to rise to the top, build their influence, deepen their professional networking, and improve their softs skills (negotiation, feedback, etc).
Role: Program Manager
Key Responsibilities:

Own governance across all areas of Everwise experiential programs and operations

Consult on SOW, resource allocation and appropriate launch time frames

Lead the development of internal processes, documentation, and deliverables amongst all external and internal stakeholders (Community, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Delivery)

Collect qualitative and quantitative data, analyze, and draft presentations on program insights for Customer Success, Account Management, and clients

Create EverwiseWomen user experience map, including partnering with Product/UX teams to develop program-specific features, as part of new platform release impacting 15,000+ users

Guide EverwiseWomen brand voice, content strategy and customer facing communications with Marketing, Community and Product teams
Outcome: empower ~1000 women across the world to push their careers outward and upward
